Maintenance Plans
A garden is a living thing, and therefore needs regular care. We can keep on top of all garden and lawn care to keep your place looking it’s best all year round.
Gardens are there to be enjoyed, and our property maintenance plans ensure that you can get the most out of yours.
Every garden is different and so we have different size plans available to suit your situation. Sometimes, a tidy up visit is needed initially to get your garden in the condition you’d like us to maintain.

Plan Options
Small
Our most common plan suitable for most small to average size suburban gardens. Two staff attending every two weeks for up to 30mins.
Medium
Suitable for average size or more detailed gardens. Two staff attending every two weeks for up to 1 hour.
Large
Suitable for larger gardens or life style blocks. Two staff attending every two weeks for up to 1.5 hours.
Extra Large
For much larger sites two staff would attend every two weeks for up to 6 hours.
Custom
If there is a different arrangement that would suit your situation better we’re happy to provide a custom plan. This can come up if:
You need weekly visits
You need visits less often
You would like garden waste to remain on site
You have other specific needs
All maintenance plans include:
Consumables including organic weed spray and spraying oil
Waste removed for commercial composting or recycling wherever possible
Small mulch top up each visit to improve your soil health
Rodent Control Add On
This unpleasant conservation task is one that we can take off your list. Our sturdy and durable rat bait stations are a discreet and safe way to control rodents on your property. They are locked to prevent children and pets from gaining access.
Each maintenance visit with the rodent control add-on will include checking and restocking the bait station.

The best way to do so is to send us a message. We then will add a note to our work schedule so our staff can attend to your request at the next scheduled visit.
HOW HIGH CAN WE TRIM?
We can trim hedges up to 2.8m high and to a depth of 1.8m from the ladder access.
WHAT DON’T YOUR MAINTENANCE PLANS INCLUDE?
There are a few things we can’t include in our maintenance work. These include:
Picking up after your dog or servicing dog runs.
House cleaning services.
Work on large trees.
Climbing on your roof
Annual Reviews
Client satisfaction is important to us, so at least once a year we will get in touch with every one of our maintenance clients to offer a visit on site to review the maintenance approach and discuss any specific needs or further improvement of the garden.
